It’s that time of year again: the department stores are stocked with Christmas lights and chachkies galore, children are preparing their letters for Santa, the sweetly distinct smell of warm apple cider and freshly baked pies cascades from the local bakeries, and there seems to be a little extra magic in the air.
Maybe it’s just me, but I truly believe there is something magical about the onset of winter and the holiday season.
For Medina County Lifestyle, November is a special month because it’s our issue of giving thanks. We slow down for a moment, removing ourselves from the publishing deadlines and the day in, day out hustle and bustle to reflect on our year, our magazine and all those who make this 36-page, community-focused publication possible. And what we want you to know is that we are so grateful for each and every one of you.
In addition to giving thanks, we are so thrilled for you to read our editorials this month. We have packed so much great content into this issue to get you ready for the holidays.
Speaking of which, have a happy, happy Thanksgiving, Medina County,
Emily Shea, Editorial Coordinator
