Saving Communities From Boredom 2

Since 2012, Scene 75 has been fulfilling its mission of saving communities from boredom. With two locations south of Medina, one in Cincinnati and one in Dayton, only a handful of Northeast Ohioans knew the pleasures of the largest indoor entertainment centers in the country. That is, until now.
“Our third location is opening this summer in Brunswick,” beams Vice President of Operations Alex Zorniger. “Located a mile off the highway on 303, we have converted 85,000 square feet into a world of entertainment that can be enjoyed by all ages. There are different venues under one roof, some more kid-centric and some more adult based. A young child, teenager, parents, and grandparents could all have fun. An entire family can come make memories together, and that’s what we strive for.”
This amazing indoor adventure features a full bar, go carts, bumper cars, 120 arcade games, two blacklight minigolf courses, laser tag, and a virtual reality Chaos Room. Plus, it will feature one of the most unique food venues in all of Ohio.
“We love the cultural vibe of the Greater Cleveland Area,” says Zorniger. “Once summer comes in Cleveland, people get really excited. It’s an awesome energy. And Medina County is so community-driven, a very strong community and people are very proud of it. We really wanted to combine and capture those energies, and we decided to do that with this new indoor food truck concept that we call Food Truck Alley.”
Four local food truck companies, Boca Loca Burrito Factory, Proper Pig Smokehouse, Sauced Wood Fired Pizza, and Riverdog Cafe, have come together to capture the fashionable vibe of East 4th Street in one of the first-ever indoor food truck restaurants. Thinking out of the box and executing the unusual is what Scene 75 is all about, says Zorniger.
“Why did we choose to partner with those companies?” asks Zorniger. “Well, because their food is delicious. Not only are they delicious, but they were willing to take a risk and engage in something that had never been done. We started in 2012, so we’re still very young. Scene 75 is all about entrepreneurs putting something crazy together, and turning it into a great place to make memories. And we are Ohio-grown and locally-driven, so naturally we love to team up with other local entrepreneurs”
So far, Little League and the Brunswick Educational Access Television Video Program have teamed up with Scene 75 to help the accomplish their goal of being a central hub in the community that is rooted in the support and education of young people. But the fun doesn’t end there.
“We strive to be an asset to the community. Instead of fundraisers, we call them fun-raisers. We want the community to have fun while doing good, and we’ve created the perfectly positive environment to accomplish charitable endeavors.”
This community-rooted, high-quality entertainment center promises more fun under one roof than Medina County has ever seen before. From a 4-D theatre to a mini bowling alley, there is something for everyone at Scene 75, and Medina County doubtlessly makes the perfect home to such an awesome indoor adventure.
