We are also committed to providing every client with their own Portable Peace Package, which includes a yoga mat, sports bra, top and yoga pants. In order to reach more survivors and be able to supply them with Portable Peace, we need our community’s help! Participants can make a monetary donation (cash or check made out to Tough as Milk) or give a new sports bra, top, yoga mat or pair of yoga pants to attend (sizes M – XL needed). Light refreshments will be provided. We will be raffling off prizes after class! Free parking available at Transformer Station and surrounding streets. Please bring your own yoga mat for the class. All participants must complete an exercise waiver and release before class begins. Visit for more information.
